Terms and Conditions

LY New York Hotel has a strict NO PETS & SMOKING POLICY;

Result in $250.Check-in 3PM, Check-out 11AM; Early check-in

or late check-out is $75. Cancellations before 24hrs of

reservation; No refunds; after check out, early departures,

no-shows, or late cancellations. Disruptive behavior, parties,

noise after 10 PM, may result in removal without refund.

Guests are financially liable for damages, loss, or excessive

cleaning. LY New York Hotel is not responsible for injuries or

lost, stolen, or damaged items. The use of hotel facilities is at

own risk. The hotel is not liable for service disruptions due to

events beyond control; overbooking from 3rd party sites, or

natural disasters. Guests are responsible for personal

belongings; safes may be offered but are used at risk. Lost

items are held for 30 days before disposal. By staying, guests

agree to all terms, which may change without notice.
