You may notice a small wire extending from the TV. This is only a remote control sensor, not a camera or recording device. It must remain visible for the TV remote to work properly. Hiding it may cause the remote to stop responding.

  • Press the power or mode button to turn the system on
  • Select Cool or Heat as needed
  • Use the + / − buttons to adjust the temperature
  • Allow several minutes for the room to reach the selected temperature

Housekeeping

Service Hours

Request Deadline

Please make all cleaning requests no later than 12:00 PM

  • For same-day cleaning, contact the front desk and place the "Housekeeping Request" sign on your door before 12:00 PM
  • Housekeeping is usually completed between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM
  • For extended stays, housekeeping service is provided every two days unless otherwise requested

  • Refunds are not provided for no-shows, late cancellations, early departures, or after check-out
  • Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during their stay
  • LY New York Hotel is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or vehicle damage
  • Parking is available in designated areas for registered guests only
  • Lost items are held for 30 days
